After studying Business, Finance and Administration at college Martin chose to apply his background to the management side of the profession. Martins professional background has exposed him extensively to the corporate, amateur and professional sectors of the game of golf with work on such events as the European Seniors Tour, The Dubai Desert Classic and the Emirates Golf Federation for whom he was the UAE National coach for over 5 years. Martin also has extensive experience in running international events such as the G.C.C. Golf Championship the Pan Arab Golf Championship and UAE National Championships. Martin took on the role as Director of Golf at SGSC in May 2006 and played a key role in the facilities set up, operation and development which lead to the club being voted the best new golf development project in the Middle East in 2008. An accomplished player Martin competes regularly on the UAE PGA tour and Pro-Am circuit.

Best coaching tip: Practice to play. Dont be static hitting ball after ball on the range. Move in and out of the shot as you would on the golf course and change clubs regularly.

After competing on the MasterCard and Players Tour David switched his attention to coaching. Having qualified as a PGA Professional in 1997 David has since added a wealth of experience in the field of coaching. During his time as a coach he has continued to further his knowledge of the golf swing, the golfers mind and the bio-mechanics of the body under the tutelage of such renowned coaches as Paul Chek, David Leadbetter, Butch Harmon and Hank Haney. These studies have allowed David to achieve a truly holistic approach to coaching and therefore coach to the individual needs rather than the latest trend in technique. As a result of his work with and for some of the best coaches in the world in all of the above fields David continues to develop his knowledge of coaching to ensure he can provide the best coaching results possible. David has also written articles for some of the leading golf Magazines including Golf Digest.

Played West Region Order of Merit for 3 years. Competes in UAE Order of Merit Events. Tom boasts of having 2 hole in ones so far!After finishing school Tom began working at The Wiltshire Golf & Country Club where he learnt all the aspects of the day to day running of a golf club including teaching, greenkeeping and food & beverage.

After a year working there he moved down the road to Ogbourne Downs Golf Club to focus on the golf operations, teaching and custom fit. In his first year at Ogbourne Tom co designed a new junior program for juniors aged 5-13 to implement during the summer months. Tom was also an active member for the Marlborough College Summer School teaching golf to both beginners and advanced golfers. Tom is UKCC Level 2 qualified and will further his knowledge by starting the UKCC Level 3 programme shortly.

After turning professional he has played and enjoyed the local PGA tournament calendar picking up cash in 6 of his first outings on the UAE PGA tour. Steve has also represented both sides (amateur & professional) of the Dubai Golf Trophy.Studied Performance Psychology to Masters level and had placements under the Olympic committee and various PGA organizations. Steve as also worked on European, Asian and Japanese professional golf tours as a performance enhancer and has contributed significantly to the Junior Golf Development programme operated by the Emirates Golf Federation.
